TRAFFIC JAM is a project-based collective that unites international artists in an urban environment. Intercultural collaboration and communication through artistic engagement is one of the goals of the group. Sharing a common interest in the medium of experimental video, the group was created to collaborate and to inspire one another while exchanging ideas through the creative process.

At OPEN CONTEMPORARY ART CENTER, five members of TRAFFIC JAM will present their previous works from *TRAFFIC JAM Volume #1 *that took place in São Paulo in 2010.
We will also present another collaborating project from which the TRAFFIC JAM group emerged: THE EXQUISITE CORPSE VIDEO PROJECT (ECVP). Participants create video art in response to the final ten seconds of the previous member‘s work. We will introduce the Taipei Treasure Hill Volume of ECVP and invite you to join the game. You can find the screening of *ECVP Volume 3 *onto the street wall in front of OCAC. It is a continous loop of one-two minute videos from more then 60 artists from all over the world.
