‘The Meandering Collection — Taiwan–Vietnam Exchange’ is a multi-year bilateral residency programme that OCAC initiated in 2023 with Vietnamese partners Á Space, ba-bau AIR and Nha San Collective. Using Hanoi and Taipei as dual nodes, it invites artists from both sides to reside, research and produce with one another, weaving a more intimate long-term network between Taiwan and Vietnam through exhibitions, screenings, field visits and conversations.
