自 2009 年起，藝術家 Dinh Nhung 持續尋找著越南酷兒生活的痕跡。她的發現並不令人感到意外，卻依然十分震撼：酷兒的故事幾乎消失在主流檔案館、博物館與圖書館中。這種缺席不僅僅是檢索關鍵字的消失，更是酷兒自身聲音的缺失。

作為回應，Nhung 開始嘗試實驗「酷兒博物館」的概念。從早期在 San Art、Ba-bau AIR 等藝術空間的計畫，到藝術家自辦的 No Cai Bum 藝術節（峴港，2024），這些實驗逐漸發展為持續性的實踐。2024 年 3 月 28 日，「酷兒博物館」於河內正式開幕，作為一個活的檔案庫與社群空間，串連起越南以及更廣泛地區的酷兒歷史、藝術與行動。

本次交流活動，源於 Nhung 受邀參與 OCAC 的《蜿蜒集》計畫，於 8 月 21 日至 9 月 4 日駐地台北。在其中三天，她將邀請台灣的酷兒朋友，或任何生活在此的酷兒，一起共創「酷兒博物館」。你的故事、在場與貢獻，都將形塑這座暫時性、持續變動的博物館。同時，觀眾也將透過檔案、對話與影像，接觸來自越南與台灣的酷兒歷史。

Day 1 ｜8/29 7:00 PM｜放映 ＆ 映後座談 🎬 歡迎在此自由翻閱酷兒相關資料、閒聊、午睡或交朋友。晚間將放映兩部關於在台灣生活的酷兒女性移工的紀錄片《T婆工廠》、《彩虹芭樂》（中文字幕），並由紀錄片製作團隊的吳靜如進行映後座談（影片與講者介紹請見下方）。

Day 2｜ 8/30 7:00 PM｜酷兒婚禮 💍 和 Nhung 一起準備或參與一場酷兒婚禮。在這裡，你甚至可以「結婚」——無論是一個人、與你所愛的人、與朋友純粹好玩，甚至與一個你所珍視的物件或生命。這是你的婚禮，由你來定義。

Day 3｜ 8/31 7:00 PM｜閉幕 ＆ 特別放映 🌟 最後一晚，一起看看這三天所累積的資料，並見證博物館閉幕時的轉化。也歡迎你自由演出或分享——這是一個互相支持的空間。晚間將舉辦一場關於越南「酷兒博物館」歷史與實踐的座談分享，並放映多部來自越南的酷兒電影，包括：

Saigon Kiss（導演 Nguyen Hong Anh） The Kiss（導演 Linh DN） Nothing（導演 Xuan Ha） ……以及其他驚喜內容。

—— ▸ 蜿蜒集−台越交流計畫 「打開−當代藝術工作站」與來自越南河內的藝術單位Nhà Sàn Collective、Á Space、ba-bau AIR，自2023年展開「蜿蜒集－台越交流計畫：河內」，以藝術家的田野調查作為交流計畫的行動主體，並以蜿蜒穿越北越山脊和平原的紅河作為想像－藝術家徘徊於由曲流沖刷出的紅河平原上，開啟於當地人文地理、自然環境、社會政經等面向的田野踏查，形成以個人行動路徑拓樸而成的檔案集。 ​

▸ ​Dinh Nhung Dinh Nhung 自我描述為一位專業的業餘者——不斷地學習與實驗。他們的創作聚焦於蒐集女性與酷兒社群的故事、物件、藝術作品與俚語，並常透過線上 LGBT 檔案館、Unstraight Museum、酷兒與性相關詞彙集，以及影像作品加以分享。自 2015 年以來，Nhung 透過參與式工作坊與展覽，持續發展 Vagina Talks 與 A Queer Museum 等計畫。近期的重要成果包括出版 Chỉ Bàn Lộn 02: A Lexicon of Queer and Sexuality in Vietnam，以及攝影與行為藝術計畫，其靈感源自河內龍邊橋（Long Biên Bridge）下、位於紅河中間的一小塊土地。

▸ 吳靜如 為台灣國際勞工協會成員、《T婆工廠》和《彩虹芭樂》製作團隊成員。特別喜歡鹽。

▸ 《T婆工廠》、《彩虹芭樂》 2004 年台灣國際勞工協會（TIWA）協助飛盟電子 100 多位菲律賓移工進行關廠抗爭，過程中發現廠內許多同志伴侶，因而完成《T婆工廠》紀錄片。多年過去，我們不禁好奇當年這些為愛共赴天涯的同志伴侶們，如今安在？於是 TIWA 拍攝團隊繼續追逐她們的移動的腳步，前往菲律賓呂宋島、伊洛伊洛、民答那峨及中東杜拜等地，繼續紀錄她們的愛情故事、性別穿越與生命變化，後續再推出續集紀錄片《彩虹芭樂》。

做為同志，也做為移工，她們的處境始終是 在移動變化中，像候鳥般遷移，沒有永恆著陸的土壤，或者也因如此，我們總是趕不上她們善變的愛情和國境遷移的速度。

—— Let’s Make A Queer Museum — Dinh Nhung’s Invitation to Create a Living Archive

Since 2009, artist Dinh Nhung has been searching for traces of queer life in Vietnam. What she found was not surprising, but striking: queer stories are almost absent in mainstream archives, museums, and libraries. This absence is not just about missing keywords—it’s also about the missing voices of queer people themselves.

In response, Nhung began experimenting with the idea of A Queer Museum. From early projects in art spaces like San Art and Ba-bau AIR, to the artist-run festival No Cai Bum (Da Nang, 2024), these experiments grew into an ongoing practice. On March 28, 2024, A Queer Museum officially opened in Hanoi as a living archive and community space—connecting queer histories, art, and activism across Vietnam and beyond.

As part of this exchange, Nhung is now in Taipei (Aug 21 – Sept 4) with OCAC’s Meander Map program. For three days, she invites queer friends in Taiwan—or anyone queer living here—to co-create A Queer Museum together. Your stories, presence, and contributions will help shape this temporary, ever-changing museum. Alongside, you’ll encounter queer histories from Vietnam and Taiwan, shared through archives, conversations, and films.

✭ Program Highlights The Queer Museum is open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Special program times are as follows:

Day 1 ｜Aug 29 7:00 PM｜Film Screening 🎬 Spend the day browsing queer materials, hanging out, napping, or making friends. In the evening, two documentaries about queer female migrant workers in Taiwan, Lesbian Factory and Rainbow Popcorn, will be screened (with Chinese subtitles). Jing-Ru Wu from the documentary team will join us for a post-screening talk. (Documentary and speaker introductions can be found below)

Day 2 ｜Aug 30 7:00 PM｜Queer Wedding 💍 Join Nhung in preparing or witnessing a queer wedding. You can even “get married”—alone, with someone you love, with friends just for fun, or even with an object or being you care about. It’s your wedding—make it yours.

Day 3 ｜Aug 31 7:00 PM｜Closing & Special Screenings 🌟 On the final night, see the materials gathered over three days and witness the museum’s closing transformation. Feel free to perform or share something—this is a space of mutual support. The evening also features a talk on the history and practice of A Queer Museum in Vietnam, plus screenings of queer films from Vietnam, including:

—— ▸ Meander Maps Since 2023, Open-Contemporary Art Center has collaborated with Hanoi-based art groups Nhà Sàn Collective, Á Space, and ba-bau AIR on the “Meander Maps” project. This project centers on artists’ field research as the main form of exchange, drawing inspiration from the winding Red River as it traverses the ridges and plains of northern Vietnam. Artists wander through the Red River, shaped by the river’s curves, and conduct fieldwork that explores the region’s human geography, natural environment, and socio-political context. Through their personal journeys, they create a collective archive.

▸ Dinh Nhung Dinh Nhung describes themselves as a professional amateur—always learning, always experimenting. Their work centers on collecting stories, objects, artworks, and slang from women and queer communities, often shared through online LGBT archives, the Unstraight Museum, lexicons of queer and sexuality, and films. Since 2015, Nhung has developed projects such as Vagina Talks and A Queer Museum through participatory workshops and exhibitions. Recent highlights include publishing Chỉ Bàn Lộn 02: A Lexicon of Queer and Sexuality in Vietnam, alongside photography and performance projects rooted in the small Red River’s middle land (s) under Hanoi’s Long Biên Bridge.

▸ Jing-Ru Wu A member of the Taiwan International Workers Association (TIWA), and part of the production team behind Lesbian Factory and Rainbow Popcorn. She is also deeply in love with salt.

▸ Lesbian Factory and Rainbow Popcorn In 2004, the Taiwan International Workers Association (TIWA) assisted over 100 Filipino migrant workers from Fei-Meng Electronics in organizing a factory closure protest. During this process, the team discovered many same-sex couples among the workers, which led to the making of the documentary Lesbian Factory.

Years later, we couldn’t help but wonder how those couples who once risked everything for love were doing. The TIWA film team continued to follow their journeys, traveling to Luzon, Iloilo, Mindanao, and Dubai to document their evolving stories of love, gender, and life. This pursuit led to the sequel documentary Rainbow Popcorn.

As both queer and migrant workers, their lives are marked by constant movement and change—like migratory birds with no permanent ground to land on. Perhaps for this reason, we are always a step behind, unable to fully catch up with the shifting pace of their love and the borders they cross.
