░ 藝術家簡介 李德茂，現居台灣花蓮，為藝術家及策展人。作品觀念及形式多元，包含近代物理學、聲音裝置、水下影像等。近期作品「邊界的兩側」，為透過google街景圖回應荷蘭─德國的邊界現象。他也策展了「2018又在這裡，又在那裡—寶藏巖光節」、「2019花綵列嶼—斷層藝術節」、「2021當你看了一個海浪」、「2023在此刻發生了」等展覽。此外，他以藝術優先為核心思考，在2019年成立了志哈克藝術實驗場。

在壓力與張力的場域中，《偶發事件》以聲音作為即時回應的媒介，捕捉空間中細微的變化與臨界的瞬間。表演由不穩定因素驅動，聲響如同氣球般不斷膨脹，邁向不可預測的臨界點。這是一場介於控制與失控之間的聲音過程，一次關於感知、等待與即將發生的實驗。
░ 藝術家簡介 陳昱榮，現居住及生活於臺灣臺南。 作品類型主要聚焦於當代作曲、實驗聲響即興與混合媒體裝置的實踐創作。近期的作品聚焦於空間、個人情感以及心理經驗的交互關係，透過處理空間中的視覺和聽覺的轉換，模糊感知知覺的界線。近年也嘗試透過AI演算技術實驗人類與非人的互動即興關係，探討人與虛擬物種的對話樣態。 近年於日本、美國、英國、德國、紐西蘭、荷蘭、韓國、法國、蒙古及臺灣各地舉辦個展及駐村展演，作品形式多元，包含現地裝置、聲音、互動多媒體等。2022 年獲選德國卡爾斯魯爾(ZKM)媒體藝術中心Giga-Hertz Production 獎項、南瀛獎影像與新媒體類優選、臺南新藝獎等。

Between stability and collapse, the balloon slowly expands. Pressure quietly gathers between air and membrane, and the burst becomes an event-in-waiting — a moment unpredictable, yet bound to happen.
Bursting presents two works, one installation and one video, that explore fields of physical and psychological pressure. In this exhibition, we find ourselves perpetually close to a moment — yet always just before it.

░ Artist LEE Te-Mao is an artist and curator based in Hualien, Taiwan. His work spans a wide range of concepts and forms, including modern physics, sound installations, and underwater video. His recent project On Both Sides of the Border explores border phenomena between the Netherlands and Germany through Google Street View imagery.
He has also curated exhibitions such as Here and There - Treasure Hill Light Festival (2018), Island Festoon - Fault Line Art Festival (2019), When You Read a Wave (2021), and At This Moment (2023).
In 2019, he founded Gihak ArtLab, an initiative grounded in the belief that art must come first.

█ Sound Performance

Contingent Event unfolds within a field of pressure and tension, using sound as a medium of real-time response to capture subtle shifts and critical moments in space. Driven by instability, the performance allows sound to swell—like a balloon—toward an unpredictable threshold.
It is a sonic process suspended between control and collapse, an experiment in perception, anticipation, and the imminence of occurrence.
░ Artist CHEN Yu-Jung lives and works in Tainan. He mainly focuses on contemporary composition, experimental improvisation, and mixed media. Most of CHEN’s recent artworks spring from the space, individual emotion and the psychological experiences involved in such. Currently, he focuses on the interaction of visual and sound associated with nature. By processing the transformation of vision and sonic, he blurs the boundaries of natural spatial perception. He has also tried to use AI computing technology to experiment with the interactive and improvised relationship between humans and non-humans and explore the dialogue between humans and virtual species.
In recent years, he has conducted resident creations and exhibitions in Taiwan and abroad, including in Japan, United State, United Kingdom, Germany, New Zealand, Netherlands, South Korea, France, Mongoli, etc. In 2022, he was selected in ZKM Giga-Hertz Production Awards (Germany), 26th Nanying Awards- Excellence Awards, and 10th Next Tainan Art.
